A product code is used to identify each unique style.
If you know the product code of the item you want to order, you can enter it into the search box rather than using the side navigation to find the item.

Can I have my order embroidered or screen- or transfer-printed?

For further information regarding the costs and benefits of embroidery and screen/transfer printing, please access the Printing & Embroidery link. In many cases, the cost of the item will already include these costs.

What are promotional codes and how do I use them?
A promotional code entitles you to a specific offer and is specific to the offer that is being promoted.
If you have a code, you will need to enter it during the checkout process on the basket screen. Please click the Submit button in order to apply the discount to your order.

How can I pay?
Leonard Hudson accept card payments through most major card providers, via our Sagepay payment Gateway. The card-availability selection, which includes VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron and Mastercard, will be shown during the payment process.

How do I return an item?
A credit or replacement (depending on the circumstances) can be made for unwanted, unworn items, subject to the process in our Returns Policy.

How can I view my order history?
Follow the instructions below to view your order history.
Register / log-in to the website.
Click My Orders at the top of the screen.
Select View Details to the right of the applicable order entry. There are then two methods for viewing your order history:
Select 'click here to view all orders'
Use the order number, delivery account number, order date, status or time period fields as criteria to refine your search
To maintain site performance results are limited to 99 orders. If the order you wish to view does not display, return to the initial screen to refine your search.
When you have found the order you wish to view click 'select'. The order details will appear including the item & description, colour, size, length, quantity ordered and dispatch information. The 'track' link enables you to view the tracking information held for each item in this order on the courier's website.
To view other orders, return to the initial 'view order history' screen and follow this process again.
Please note the order history function is for information purposes only and is not a system for placing repeat orders.

You are able to make changes to your email address and password online by following the My Details link and then adjusting the area for change.

Why am I not able to pay on my Leonard Hudson invoice account?
Depending on your account status, and in any case for Parent/Retail sales, you will be required to pay by credit/debit card, which can normally be done via our on-line payment gateway. If this is not your first purchase with Leonard Hudson and you have an invoice account set up for which you are not being given the option to pay online, please contact our Customer Care team on 0800 018 14 12 to arrange a payment.
